A folkloristic study about description of life manners and customs written in rural economic rehabilitation plan

本研究以描述1930年代上半叶农村经济复兴计划中的生活风俗为研究对象。在这项研究中，我考虑了在1938年国家动员法实施等战争政权即将到来之前，一个农村的生活方式和习俗的意义。在本研究中，我研究了如何从行政方面澄清改进指导。因此，我研究了茨城县和长野县在战争政权建立之前与一个国家的民间关系中的例子。

This study is to consider the life manners and customs in the rural economic rehabilitation plan which describes the first half of the 1930s. In this study, I considered the meaning about the way of the life manners and customs in a farm village just before it which was about to let a war regime including the National Mobilization Act enforcement in 1938. In this study, I have researched to clarify how improvement instruction was done from the administrative side. Therefore, I have researched about Ibaraki and Nagano examples in a folk relation with a nation before a war regime was established.
