The World Bank Inspection Panel and Global Governance

本研究通过对世界银行检查小组的案例研究，分析了世界银行的合法性和银行对国际发展制度的影响。从视察团和非政府组织的角度审视世界银行造成严重环境和社会问题的项目，研究了发展中国家与工业化国家在全球治理中的民间社会关系。研究人员对柬埔寨王国首都金边、尼泊尔阿伦河谷和阿尔巴尼亚共和国热电厂进行了调查。

This research has analyzed the legitimacy of the World Bank and bank’s influence on the international development regime through case studies of the World Bank’s Inspection Panel. From the point of view the Inspection Panel and Non-governmental Organizations to examine the World Bank’s projects which cause serious environment and social problems, study have obtained clue about civil societies relationship between developing countries and industrialized countries in global governance. The researcher surveyed the capital of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Phnom Penh, Nepal Arun Valley and thermal power plant of Republic of Albania.
