Research on Conservation and Management of Cultural Heritage and Community based Disaster Mitigation Planning for the Historic Cities in the World Heritage Monument Zones of Kathmandu Valley

加德满都河谷丰富的文化遗产被列入世界遗产名录的七个古迹地带所说明。其中包括加德满都、帕坦和巴克塔普尔三座历史名城的中心，两座佛塔和两座印度教寺庙。在帕坦，我们可以观察到，物质和非物质遗产是人们生活的一部分。为了保护这一丰富的文化环境，本研究旨在确定利用地理信息系统进行各种属性遗产价值评估的指标。这样，就有可能整合关于价值评估和结构分析的数据，以便在高价值和脆弱性的基础上制定减灾、应对和恢复计划。

The rich cultural heritage of the Kathmandu Valley is illustrated by the seven monumentzones inscribed on the World Heritage list. These include the centers of three historiccities, Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur, two Buddhist stupas and two Hindu temples. InPatan, we can observe that tangible and intangible heritages are part of the lives ofthe people. To conserve this rich cultural environment, this study aims to identify theindicators for assessment of heritage values of various attributes using GIS. In thisway, it is possible to integrate data on value assessment and structural analysis toprioritize on the basis of high value and vulnerability to plan for disaster mitigation,response and recovery.
