Elucidation of dynamic structural changes of protein antigens and antibodies in their interactions

抗体可以识别各种类型、不同形状和大小的抗原，是分析蛋白质结构动力学的良好靶点。在这项研究中，我通过化学修饰和二硫键缺失改变了蛋白质抗原的结构，并利用结合动力学和热力学的方法分析了抗体如何识别抗原的微小和动态差异。因此，我可以检测到溶液中蛋白质抗原和抗体的多种状态，并定量确定蛋白质波动的影响。

Antibodies recognize various types of antigens, different shapes and sizes, and are good targets for the analysis to elucidate the structural dynamics of proteins. In this study, I changed the structures of protein antigens by chemical modification and disulfide-bonddeletion, and analyzed how the antibodies could recognize the slight and dynamic differences in antigens using the methods of binding kinetics and thermodynamics. As a result, I could detect the plural states of protein antigens and antibodies in solution, and quantitatively determine the effects of protein fluctuations.
