Search of new biomarkers that target cancer stem cells in chemotherapy of esophageal cancer.

我们用荧光活化细胞分选（FACS）分析证实骨髓源性细胞来源于外周血骨髓。我们用免疫组化方法检测食管癌标本中c-kit和CD68的表达。我们观察到侵袭最深的区域，称为侵袭前沿，c-kit+或CD68+ BMDCs来源于肿瘤基质中的骨髓。顺铂作用于食管癌细胞株，培养上清中IL-6升高。我们认为骨髓BMDCs在肿瘤间质微环境中具有化疗敏感性。

We confirmed that bone marrow-derived cell was derive from bone marrow in peripheral blood using fluorescence-activated cell sorting(FACS) analysis. We measured expression of c-kit and CD68 by immunohistochemistry in esophageal cancer samples. We observed the deepest invaded area, called the invasive front, c-kit+ or CD68+ BMDCs was derived from bone marrow in tumor stroma. Esophageal cancer cell line was exposed to cisplatin, IL-6 in culture supernatant was increased. We considered that BMDCs from bone marrow was related chemotherapy sensitive in tumor stromal microenvironmental.
