Development of serum-free culture of human bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells

骨髓中存在间充质干细胞。已有研究表明，细胞具有向胚胎细胞以外分化的能力，如中胚层、内胚层和外胚层。在口腔颌骨外科领域，从颌骨中采集骨髓液非常方便，有望应用于临床。为了建立一种评价培养细胞安全性和功能的方法，本研究旨在建立一种能够维持未分化细胞多能性的无血清培养体系。并在建立的无血清培养条件下，对间充质干细胞的多能性进行分析。

Mesenchymal stem cells are present in bone marrow. It have been reported that the cells have the ability to differentiate beyond the embryonic cells, such as mesoderm, endoderm and ectoderm. In jaw-oral surgery area, bone marrow fluid collected from the jaw bone can be easily, and it is expected that the cell may be used to clinical applications. In this study, to establish a method to evaluate the safety and function of cultured cells, it is amed to establish a serum-free culture system capable of maintaining the pluripotency of undifferentiated. And under the established serum-free culture, we analyze the pluripotency of mesenchymal stem cells.
