Development of the lifelong learning-continued education program by a midwife basic education organization and clinical collaboration

本研究旨在探讨助产士继续教育所需之助产士教育内容与议题。从助产士终身学习的观点出发，对助产士继续教育的内容进行了调查。因此，为了获得能力的助产士做自主权，并能够实践助产活动，有人建议，这是有效的助产士的基础教育组织和临床合作，并制定继续教育计划。

The purpose of this study was to clarify the contents and issues of midwife education required for midwife continued education. We investigated the contents about a midwife's continued education from a viewpoint of lifelong learning for the midwife who does autonomy and practices midwifery. As a result, in order to acquire the capability for a midwife to do autonomy and be able to practice midwifery activities, it was suggested that it is effective for a midwife's basic education organization and the clinical collaborate, and to develop a continued education program.
