Proficiency evaluation of hemiplegic gait using a repeatability of the trajectory of motion

本研究的目的是利用运动轨迹的可重复性来评估偏瘫步态的熟练程度。本研究的参与者是康复病房的偏瘫患者，他们可以在物理治疗师的监督下在带扶手的跑步机上行走。用三维运动分析系统测量了在跑步机上行走时10个身体地标的位置数据。两周后，我们进行了同样的测量。并比较了步态熟练度与运动轨迹重复性之间的关系。在结果中，受试者之间存在很大的差异。我们没有得出明确的结论。今后我们必须对患者进行分层后再考虑。

The aim of this study was to evaluate a proficiency of hemiplegic gait using a repeatability of the trajectory of motion. The participants of this study were hemiplegic patients admitted in the rehabilitation ward who can walk on a treadmill with handrail under the supervision of a physical therapist. The location data of the ten body landmarks were measured by tree dimensional motion analysis system in walking on a treadmill. Two weeks later, we conducted the same measure. And we compared relation between proficiency of gait and the repeatability of the trajectory of motion. In the results, there was great variability among subjects. And we did not lead to clear conclusion. In the future we will have to consider after stratify the patients.
