The effects of various heart failure medications on heart rate variability and renin-angiotensin aldosterone system in dogs with mitral regurgitation.

本研究旨在评价不同治疗心力衰竭药物对慢性心脏瓣膜病犬自主神经张力和肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)的影响。实验选用5只实验性二尖瓣关闭不全犬。在交叉设计中使用速尿、速尿和匹莫本丹，速尿、匹莫本丹和依那利联用，阿佐塞米和安慰剂联用。心率变异性的变量在不同组之间没有显著差异。速尿可使尿醛固酮肌酐比值升高，但同时应用依那普利似乎并不能抑制RAAS的激活。阿佐塞米对RAAS的影响最小。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of various medication used for heart failure on autonomic tone and renin-angiotensin aldosterone system (RAAS) in dogs with chronic valvular heart disease. Five dogs with experimentally induced mitral regurgitation were used. Furosemide, furosemide and pimobendan, combination of furosemide, pimobendan and enaralril, azosemide and placebo were administered in the cross-over design. Variables of heart rate variability were not significantly different among groups. Urine aldosterone creatinine ratio was increased due to furosemide, however, concurrent administration of enalapril did not seem to suppress RAAS activation. Azosemide appeared minimally influence to RAAS.
