Technical development of selective observation of proteins inliving cells by using ultraviolet resonance Raman spectroscopy

为了阐明基于蛋白质分子结构的功能机制，不仅要研究纯化的蛋白质，而且要研究活细胞中的蛋白质。在本项目中，我们开发了测量技术，以高灵敏度选择性地观察活细胞中蛋白质的拉曼光谱。我们研究了活细胞的紫外共振拉曼光谱对过表达蛋白和过表达程度的依赖性。

In order to elucidate functional mechanism based on molecular structure of proteins, it is important to study not only purified proteins but also proteins in living cells. In this project, we developed measurement techniques to selectively observe Raman spectra of proteins in living cells with high sensitivity. We investigated dependences of overexpressed proteins and extent of overexpression on ultraviolet resonance Raman spectra of living cells.
