目前常用的修复方法有冠/桥、活动义齿和种植体。另一方面，与天然牙相比，人工牙材料在生物相容性、美观性、功能等方面存在诸多问题。本研究描述了再生疗法如何应用于临床牙科。首先，我们研究了组织工程技术在牙齿再生中的应用，特别是牙骨质再生和牙体修复材料。近年来，人们发现骨骨质再生不仅需要较长的时间才能完成组织再生，而且还会使再生组织过早变小。本研究探讨培养的牙源性细胞分层如何影响细胞生长、分化和组织再生的能力。然后，对细胞培养和组织再生方法进行了定量和定性的验证。

At present prosthesis treatments such as crown/bridge, removable denture and dentalimplant are commonly performed. On the other hand, trauma or congenital/aquiried tooth defect is stored by artificial materials have various issues in terms of biocompability, esthetics, functoionality, compared to natural teeth. This study delineates how regenerative therapy is applied to clinical dentistry. As a first step, we examined tooth regeneration which applied tissue engineering technique, especially cementum regeneration and tooth prosthesis materials. Recently, it is found that not only does cementum regenetration take a long period to complete tissue regeneration but also turnregenerated tissue premature and small. This research examines how cultured odontogenic cell stratification will affect the ability of cell growth and differentiation and tissue regeneration. Then, it intends to prove cell culture and tissue regeneration method quantitavely and qualitively.
