Development of public health nursing practice program to promote a community toenhance the motivation for prevention of life-style related disease

本研究旨在发展一个公共卫生计划，使社区的公共卫生护士能够通过以人群为基础的方法与高风险方法相结合，支持提高社区预防生活方式疾病的动机。对从事有效预防活动的公共卫生护士进行了访谈。在计划、实践和评估的每一个过程中都确定了类似的程序，以便在此基础上构建支持程序。目前的计划是先进的结合发展的评价标准。

The purpose of this study is to develop a public health program which enables public healthnurses in a community to support enhancement of the communal motivation for preventionof lifestyle disease through population-based approach linked with high-riskapproach.Inparallel with reference to the related literatures, interviews were conducted with publichealth nurses who had been engaging in effective prevention activities against the disease.Positive factors in implementing similar programs were identified with regard to eachprocess of planning, practice and assessment so that, based upon it, a support program wasconstructed. The present program is scheduled to be sophisticated in conjunction withdevelopment of evaluation criteria.
