随着全球竞争力的提高，日本制造业对高速清洁的GMA焊接工艺提出了强烈的要求。为了解决这一课题，本研究通过对GMA焊接过程的科学机理的认识，提出了一种热力分离控制技术，以实现由两个电源和两个导电管组成的高速清洁GMA焊接过程。

英文摘要

A high speed and clean GMA welding process is strongly demanded by Japanese manufacturing industries due to improvement of global competition. In order to solve this subject, this study developed a control technology for separation of heat and force, for achievement of the high speed and clean GMA welding process which consists of two electric power sources and two contact tubes, through understanding of its scientific mechanism.
