Theoretical and empirical studies of transactions through the study of concept of market in business administration

本研究的目的在于厘清市场的产生与变迁，以及市场在交易中的角色。具体而言，通过组织研究中行为人网络理论和制度理论的理论内涵，重新思考市场本身的概念，揭示了商品的生成、市场中行为人的交易代理、市场的生成，并提出了自己的企业管理市场观。通过研究，我们提出了由人类和非人类网络构成的市场所提供的商品和交易代理的观点。基于这一观点，分析市场就是考察构成市场的网络之间的关系。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relation between the generation and change of market and the role of market in transaction. Specifically, by rethinking concept of market itself through the theoretical implication of Actor-network theory and Institutional theory in organization studies, we reveal the generation of goods, the transaction agencies of actor in the market, and generation of market, and present the own view of market of business administration. Result of this study, we presented the perspective that the goods and transaction agency made possible by human and non-human network constituting the market. Based on this point of view, it that analyzing the market is to examine the relation of the network constituting the market.
