Study on the impact of prevailing cloud and platform for local information services

本研究考察了云和平台对信息服务的影响，分析了信息服务业在农村地区面临的挑战和可能性，从信息获取、加工和定制的信息服务来看，认为当地企业在获取当地信息方面具有优势。然而，消费者通过CGM平台提供信息的做法正在威胁到其优势，而使用其他地区通用平台的本地信息服务企业，由于运营成本较低，容易获得本地信息，因此具有成功的前景。

This study examines impact to information services by prevailing cloud and platform, and analyzes challenges and possibilities of information service business in rural areas.In terms of information services which consist of acquisition, processing, and customizing of information, it was assumed that local businesses have an advantage of acquisition of local information. Information-offering by consumers via CGM platforms, however, is threatening their advantage.On the other hand, local information service businesses using common platform among other regions have a prospect for success because of their lower operation cost and ease of access to local information.
