Research concerning the Effects of Economic information on Students' Educational Expectations

本人作为本研究的研究代表，在山东省东部的Z市进行了学生和家长的问卷调查。然后，我发表了关于调查结果的出版物，包括有关大学学费和学生援助的信息对学生教育期望的影响。在本市，家庭背景对高二学生经济信息拥有的影响比对初三学生的影响更大。经济信息拥有量对九年级学生的职业选择和教育期望没有显著影响，但对十二年级学生是否想读研究生的意愿有显著影响。

As the research representative of this study, I conducted student and parent questionnaire surveys in the city Z in the east of Shandong province in China. Then I gave publications about the findings including effects of information concerning college tuition and student assistance on students’ educational expectations. In this city, Grade Twelve students’ economic information possession is influenced by family background more strongly than Grade Nine students. Though it has no effect on Grade Nine students’ choice of a career and educational expectations, economic information possession has significant effect on Grade Twelve students’ desire whether they want to go to graduate school.
