Potentialities of the multicultural societies and multicultural educations

为了研究法国少数民族学校的办学方式，我们对地区语言学校进行了20次实地考察，对少数民族文化协会进行了12次实地考察，主要是对6所亚美尼亚学校进行了实地考察。我们分析了学校管理的方式，重点分析了它们的异同。相似之处如下：幼儿时期沉浸式教育对语言的保存与维护高质量的普通私立学校的作用，这是社会所要求的，也是学校试图保持的；与各地方政府的友好关系。区别如下：关于少数移民，他们没有任何建设自己学校的项目，除了亚美尼亚学校。除了亚美尼亚人以外，所有社区都只有课外课程，例如星期三或星期六的课程。

For researching on the ways of the minority schools in France, we had 20 fieldworks on the regional language schools and 12 fieldworks on the minority cultural association, mainly on 6 Armenian schools. We analyzed the ways of school administration, especially focused on the similarities and differences.The similaritied are the followings; the conservation and the maintain of language by the immersive education from the early childhood; th role of genaral private schools of high quality, which is demanded by the community and that the schools try to keep; the amicable relations with every local administration.The differences are the followings; about the immigrant minority, they don't have any projects to construct their own schools except the Armenian schools. All the community except the Armenian have only the extracurricular courses, for example that of on Wednesday or Saturday.
