Studies on The adaptation of chewing movement for new intercuspal position

目的探讨下颌位置的选择、牙尖间侧移时咀嚼运动的适应性、义齿的功能适应性等临床诊断。研究固位体的设计对咀嚼运动的影响，以及义齿佩戴对咀嚼运动的影响。结果1)当义齿的下颌位置合适时，义齿侧与健侧的咀嚼运动略有差异。2)固位体的设计对咀嚼运动的影响略有差异。3)在剩余牙齿较少的情况下，偏心偏心位置在1.0 mm左右的偏心位置对咀嚼运动有较好的适应性。结论：当新义齿具有合适的下颌位置时，其咀嚼运动可适应新义齿建立的牙间位置。

ObjectiveTo clarify the clinical diagnosis for the suitable mandibular position, the adaptability of the chewing movement in laterally shifted intercuspal position, the functioning adaptation of the dentures, the influences of planning of the retainers on the chewing movement and the influences of denture wearing on the chewing movement were investigated.Results1) There was a little significant difference on the chewing movement between the denture side and normal side in the condition when these distally extended dentures had been a suitable mandibular position.2) There was a little significant difference on the chewing movement between planning of retainers.3) Eccentric position in 1.0 mm off lateral shift was adaptable during one week on the chewing movement in the cases of few teeth remaining.ConclusionIt is suggested that the chewing movement may adapt to new intercuspal position established by new dentures when they has a suitable mandibular position.
