The study of a tauneutrino

我们利用CERN的中微子束进行了中微子振荡实验CHORUS，该实验是意大利、德国、荷兰等10国的国际合作实验，探测器由乳胶靶和计数器组成，用于识别粒子和动量。名古屋大学对乳胶部分做出了贡献，欧洲的许多实验室也做出了贡献。在过去的两年里，组织了两次国际会议，第一次是1998年6月12日至14日在名古屋市会议中心举行的“第一届核乳胶技术研讨会”。第二个是8-11日举行的“超第一轨道交通”竣工纪念大会。1999年3月，我们在过去的两年中成功地改进了乳胶的使用技术，为将来的长基线中微子振荡实验做了准备。

We proceeded neutrino oscillation experiment CHORUS.This experiment using the neutrino beam of CERN is the experiment of international collaboration of 10 countrys(ltaly, Germany, Holanda, etc).The detector consist of the emulsion target and the counter to identify the particle and momentum. Nagoya University contribute on the emulsion part and many laboratory of Europe contribute on counter parts.Two international conferences were organized in past two years, the first one is "The first Workshop on Nuclear Emulsion Techniques" on 12-14/June 1998 at Nagoya City conference hole, and the second one is the memorial meeting of the completion of "Ultra first Track Selector" on 8-11/March 1999.We succeeded to improve the technology how to use the emulsion in past two years and got the big progress in preparation for the future experiment "Long base line neutrino oscillation".
