SiDEWAYS – The Creative iDEAS Board Game

What if we saw the world as a constant source for creativity, a shared purpose to entertain and be entertained? And what if we tapped into our innate ability to use our imaginations in playful and provocative ways to experience the world anew? Now set this in the context of a traditional board game, enhanced by smartphone technology to instruct and facilitate the game-flow. Random elements are presented to stimulate new ways of 'out-of-the-box' thinking, to examine or explore a situation or issue from an entirely different viewpoint. The game is an immersive journey of shared creative thinking, seamlessly integrated with classic game board strategy and point-scoring systems. Here's a flavour of the types of things you'll experience: You'll free associate, the building blocks to explore things beyond their intended meanings to help forge your ideas. Discover alternate uses for things, never seeing them in the same light again. You'll disrupt things, by re-presenting them in different scenarios and spaces, making transformations with new connections and by relating them in ways that previously seemed impossible. Everything is interconnected, but how we connect the seemingly disconnected in new exciting ways is the root of innovation.
