Lightsketch is an AI-first company aiming to empower professional headshot photographers with tools to offer their service at scale.By nature, photography requires a photographer to be physically present when taking shots, and usually demands expensive equipment. These factors limit the capacity of photographers to expand their reach. Our first-of-its-kind AI system will enable them to offer a highly scalable alternative service where professional-standard headshots are generated for their customers using 10-15 basic phone-captured selfies - no expensive equipment, no in-person photoshoot. The service will be highly customisable - we will work closely with each of our clients to produce images according to their requirements and in their exact house style(s). Overall, it will enable independent photography businesses to reach new customers while keeping costs low, leading to significant productivity gains and keeping them ahead of the AI revolution in their industry.We require grant funding to build the infrastructure and the software to offer our service at scale, paving the way to a successful commercialisation at the end of the project.
