We are applying for the Innovation Voucher in order to carry out some research into a new food product that could potentially improve the lives of thousands of people across the UK. It is a type of palm sugar which research has suggested would be suitable for diabetics while avoiding the potentially negative effects of refined sugars and artificial sweeteners. We would like to carry out research in the UK to confirm these results.
