Water-fluxed continental melting

岩石的熔融发生在活动大陆构造期间，岩石变形、水流和熔融在一个复杂的系统中相互作用。本项目研究水如何进入并从炽热的大陆岩石中融化出来，形成控制大陆化学演化和岩浆矿床起源的岩浆体。

Melting of rocks happen during active continental tectonics, where rock deformation, water flow and melting feed into each other in a complex system. This project studies how water gets into and melt gets out of hot continental rocks to form magmatic bodies that control continent chemical evolution and origin of magmatic mineral deposits.
