英文摘要
The wireless spectrum licensing has grown due to the proliferation and evolution of cellular technology. This has caused the demand for spectrum access to grow dramatically due to the increasing number of new consumers for services such as satellite digital audio broadcasting. Dynamic spectrum sharing has been proposed as a potential solution to improve the efficiency of spectrum utilization. The major objective of this research is to develop novel mathematical modeling techniques and propose innovative low-complexity heuristic algorithms to facilitate dynamic spectrum sharing. Thus, the proposed project will develop a state-of-the-art spectrum access management and orchestration platform for efficient spectrum allocation and utilization.
