农村人居环境整治的运行机制与综合效应研究

农村人居环境整治是落实国家乡村振兴战略的重要举措。实地调查和已有研究表明，整治的成效、问题与风险并存，亟需深入研究其运行机制及综合效应进而寻求成效提升路径。本项目拟综合利用统计数据、访谈资料和问卷调查数据等，全面剖析典型区域农村人居环境综合整治的执行过程，借助定性比较分析方法（QCA）研究农村人居环境整治的运行机制，基于综合评价方法和结构方程模型（SEM）定量评估农村人居环境整治对于乡村发展的综合效应，通过分析诊断总结提炼农村人居环境整治的优化模式，着力明晰我国不同类型地区以人居环境整治作为重点工作助推乡村发展与振兴的政策及制度创新需求。据此，形成关于农村人居环境整治机制研究与效果评估的理论及技术方法体系，为新时代我国农村人居环境综合整治提供案例参考、模式借鉴和评估方法，以更好地支撑乡村振兴战略落实落地，并有助于拓展乡村地理学微观研究领域、丰富其在小尺度区域发展定量分析方面的技术方法。

In recent years, China's rural development has achieved remarkable results. However, the quality of rural residential environment is still generally poor, and the problem of dirty and disorderly is still widespread. Rural residential environment renovation (RRER) has become an important measure to improve rural residential environment and implement the national strategy of rural revitalization since 2018. Field investigations and existing studies show that the effectiveness, problems and risks of the RRER exist simultaneously, and thus it is urgent to study its operation mechanism and comprehensive effects in depth and seek ways to improve the effectiveness of RRER. This project intends to make comprehensive use of statistical data, interview data and questionnaire data to analyze the implementation process of RRER in typical areas, study the operation mechanism of RRER by Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA), quantitatively evaluate the effects of RRER on rural development based on comprehensive evaluation method and Structural Equation Model (SEM), and summarize the optimized model of RRER through analysis and diagnosis. Furthermore, the policy and institutional innovation needs of RRER in different types of areas to promote rural development and revitalization could be also discussed. Based on these studies, a theoretical and technical method system for the study of operation mechanism and effect evaluation of RRER could be established, which may provide case reference, model reference and evaluation methods for RRER in the new era in China, and then contribute to the better implementation of the national strategy of rural revitalization. Theoretically, this study will further expand the micro-research field of rural geography, and enrich quantitative analysis methods for rural studies at local community level.
