芳香植物配置对人体亚健康干预效应研究

基于健康中国理念、公共健康视角，进行城市绿化景观科学配置及其效能量化研究，是当代风景园林理论探索新的科学问题之一。芳香植物具有调节人体身心健康的科学功效，如何科学配置并充分、合理发挥其亚健康康复效能，已成为健康景观科学发展亟待解决的焦点问题。课题以杭州市区为例，基于风景园林学、亚健康学相关成果，结合统计学、国际量表等相关分析手段，在建立芳香植物大样本库基础上，建构“芳香植物配置-人体亚健康”量化分析体系，基于SPSS等统计软件进行芳香植物干预前后心脑电等重要身心指标量化比较，分析归纳芳香植物配置在浓度、时长和时段等理化条件下对人体亚健康状态的干预效能，为城市芳香植物种植设计提供科学依据。课题意在建立芳香植物配置与亚健康干预协同研究理论体系及评价方法，形成指导城市芳香植物科学规划与设计的研究成果，相关结论对当代健康城市景观设计与建设具有积极的理论意义，对公共环境健康发展具有重要的实践意义。

Based on healthy China concept and public health perspective, the scientific configuration of urban greening landscape and the quantitative research of its effectiveness is one of the new scientific issues in the exploration of contemporary landscape architecture theory. Aromatic plants have the scientific effect of regulating the health of human body and mind. How to scientifically configure and give full, reasonable play to their sub-health rehabilitation performance has become a focus problem to be solved urgently in scientific development of health landscape. The project takes urban area of Hangzhou as an example, based on the related achievements of landscape architecture and sub-health, combined with statistics, international scales and other relevant analysis methods. By establishing a large sample library of aromatic plants, it constructs a “aromatic plants configuration - human sub-health” quantitative analysis system, using statistical software such as SPSS to compare important physical and mental indicators such as cardiac and brain electrical energy before and after aromatic plants intervention quantitatively. It also analyzes the intervention effect such as concentration, duration and time period of aromatic plants configuration on sub-health state under physicochemical conditions, and provides scientific basis of urban aromatic planting design. The project establishes a synergistic research theoretical system and evaluation method for the configuration of aromatic plants and sub-health interventions, and forms the research results for guiding the scientific planning and designing of urban aromatic plants. The relevant conclusions have positive theoretical significance for the design and construction of contemporary healthy urban landscape and practical significance for the healthy development of public environment.
