中国树甲亚科分类修订及系统发育研究——基于形态和分子数据

树甲亚科是热带和亚热带森林中最丰富的拟步甲类群。目前，由于研究基础差、栖息环境特殊、类群复杂多样，物种表型相似和树甲属物种数量庞大等特点、造成其本底不清、疑难属种多和种类界定困难；树甲亚科属间系统发育关系、科学界定树甲属种团划分标准的研究也近乎空白，我国该类群虽有部分报道，但总体上缺乏全国性的系统修订工作。本项目以中国树甲亚科昆虫为研究对象，在广泛采集、标本借阅以及模式标本核对的基础上，应用比较形态学和分子系统学等方法，筛选外部形态和防御腺等结构，结合COI基因等分子数据，修订我国该亚科疑难属种，科学界定树甲属种团划分标准；在此基础上结合形态和分子数据分析我国树甲亚科属级阶元进化关系，构建符合或接近该类群进化历史的系统树，解决分类系统问题。本研究对于澄清中国树甲亚科研究中存在的混乱问题具有重要意义，同时也可为世界树甲亚科研究奠定坚实基础。

The subfamily Stenochiinae has the largest number of species being found in tropical and subtropical forests, there are some problems of uncertain numbers of the species, so many doubtful genus and species, difficulty of the species identification because of the weak basis of research, the special habitats, complex and diverse group, similar phenotype of species and large quantity species of the genus Strongylium, the research of the phylogenetic relationship among the genus and the science definition to species-group division hasn’t been done, so a revision and phylogeny of all Chinese Stenochiinae is needed although some work has already been done. In the project, we attempt to revise the doubtful genus and species of Chinese Stenochiinae and give the scientific definition of species-group division by using the method of comparative morphology and molecular systematics based on screening morphological characteristics (the external morphology, defensive glands and so on) and the molecular data (COI gene etc.); and then we will analyse the status and phylogenetic relationships of genera in the subfamily Stenochiinae based on morphological and molecular data, and construct the phylogenetic tree which conforms to or closes to the group in the evolutionary history, with solving the problem of classification system. All these researches must be based on specimens collection, borrowing and type specimen examination. The project is very important for clarifying taxonomic confusion of the subfamily Stenochiinae from China and laying the foundation for the study of global Stenochiinae.
