Nineent-abietane diterpenoids (1-9), including six new compounds, eupnerias A–F (1-6), were isolated fromEuphorbia neriifolia. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive NMR analysis and high resolution mass spectrometry. Biological activities of these isolates towards anti-inflammatory and anti-influenza virus were evaluated.
