A strain with a special adsorption effect on lead screened in this laboratory is combined and compounded with a chemical flocculant and applied to the treatment of mine wastewater with a low lead concentration. The effects of pH, the amount of composite flocculant, stirring time, temperature and precipitation time on the adsorption amount of lead ions are studied respectively. For the actual mine wastewater with a lead content of 5 mg/L, the comprehensive optimal treatment conditions are proposed as follows: normal temperature, without adjusting the pH of the raw water, the dosage of the composite flocculant is 20 mg/L, the rapid and slow stirring times are 1 min and 5 min respectively, and the precipitation time is 20 min; the mass concentration of lead ions in the treated effluent is 0.781 mg/L, meeting the discharge standard (≤1.0 mg/L) stipulated in GB25466 - 2010, and the lead removal rate reaches 84.38%.
将本实验室筛选出的一株对铅具有特殊吸附效果的菌株同化学絮凝剂组合复配,应用于低浓度含铅矿山废水的处理。分别研究了p H、复合絮凝剂用量、搅拌时间、温度和沉淀时间对铅离子吸附量的影响。提出了对于铅含量为5 mg/L的实际矿山废水,综合最佳处理条件为:常温、不调节原水p H、复合絮凝剂投加量为20 mg/L,快速和慢速搅拌时间分别为1 min和5 min,沉淀时间为20 min;处理后的出水铅离子质量浓度为0.781 mg/L,达到了GB25466-2010中规定的排放标准(≤1.0 mg/L),除铅率达到了84.38%。
