The Emerald supercomputer contains 1008 x86 CPU cores and 372 nVidia M2090 Tesla. A CUDA GPGPU genetic programming GeneChip datamining application which searches for non-linear gene expression based prediction of long term survival following breast cancer surgery was transferred without change and run on part of the Emerald cluster. An average of 33 giga GPopS-1was achieved.
