In this paper, a new multi-component higher-order Ito equation is proposed based on its bilinear form. Using the perturbation method, we obtain the two-soliton solution and the three-soliton solution of the multi-component higher-order Ito equation. Furthermore, the N-soliton solution is given in the form of a Pfaffian.
