COMMENTARY whether overall evidence tips toward net harm or benefit; alternatively they can utilize decision modeling to supplement the evidence found during a SER. A SER for public health genomic screening will likely highlight significant evidentiary gaps, and the process is important to inform the future research agenda. To guide literature selection for a SER, reviewers must consider the following components of a conceptual model.
