The first Engineering Foundation Conference on the Processing of Electronic Materials will be held in Santa Barbara, California, February 23-28, 1968. The objectives of this conference are: to establish priorities and approaches for current and future research on processing techniques for electronic materials; and, to promote in-depth discussions and exchange of information of important processing problems. A total of 32 internationally recognized experts will present papers which will provide a basis for detailed discussions. The conference will highlight existing and novel manufacturing processes for the major classes of electronic materials. The program will also include some special topics of general interest.
