Wrinkling in Sheet Metal Forming

这项研究将解决板料成形中的三种起皱问题：(1)有限拉伸和不等边约束下金属板材的起皱；(2)不均匀拉伸金属板材的起皱；(3)部分拉伸金属板材的起皱。这三个问题都可以分为两部分：起皱问题、有限变形问题和分叉分析问题。通过对起皱问题采取统一的方法，将开发出防止成形过程中起皱的科学方法。

The research will address three types of wrinkling problems in sheet metal forming: (1) wrinkling of metal sheets in finite stretching and unequal edge constraints; (2) wrinkling of unevenly stretched metal sheets; and (3) wrinkling of partially stretched metal sheets. Each of these three problems can be divided into two parts: prewrinkling finite deformation and bifurcation analysis. By taking a unified approach to the problem of wrinkling, a scientific approach to preventing wrinkling during forming will be developed.
