This is an interagency agreement between the NSF and the Dept. of State (DOS) to reimburse DOS for the cost of administrative services provided to NSF staff stationed in Tokyo, Japan and Paris, France. In addition, support is given to NSF travelers to Tokyo, Paris, New Delhi, Cairo, and Tel Aviv. These costs are a necessary part of NSF's overseas activities.
