This is an interagency agreement between NSF and the Department of State for reimbursement of costs for administrative services provided to NSF staff stationed in Tokyo, Japan (NSF/Tokyo Office) and Paris, France (NSF/Europe Office). These costs are a necessary part of NSF's overseas activities.
