Support of the Ninth Biennial Estuarine Research Conference October 25-29, 1987, in New Orleans, LA

The Estuarine Research Federation (ERF) will sponsor the Ninth International Estuarine Conference on October 25-29 1987 in New Orleans, Louisiana. This series of biennial conferences is intended to assure effective exchange of information among scientists from various disciplines engaged in current research on estuarine and coastal processes. The Ninth Conference will convene sessions on the following major topics: estuarine recruitment mechanisms, the impact of pollutants on estuarine ecosystems, ecosystem modeling, regulation of species distribution, sediment dynamics and technological requirements for future estuarine research.
