Dr. Marsha Lester has reveived a Career Advancement Award from The Physical Chemistry Program as part of the Research Opportunities for Women Initiative. Dr. Lester will use this award to spend a sabbatical year working with Dr. Alberto Beswick in Orsay, France, and with Dr. Reinhard Schinke in Gottingen, West Germany. She will use this time to expand her current capabilities by strengthening the theoretical foundation of her active experimental research program in molecular dynamics.
