This project, developed under the leadership of the University of California-Berkeley is establishing a Prototype Center for Minorities in the Bay Area of Northern California. Cooperating institutions and organizations, in addition to the University, include the following: California State University campuses and Community Colleges in the region; the Oakland, Berkeley and Stockton school districts; and Stanford University.
