The Principal Investigator will make a presentation at the IV Congress on "Tall Buildings: 2000 and Beyond", to take place in Hong Kong, November 5-9, 1990. He will also participate in a special Session on the "International Decade for Natural Disasters Reduction" in which the special research issues presented by the performance of tall buildings in areas of high risk will be discussed.
