The Second China-Japan-USA Symposium on Advanced Adsorption Separation Science and Technology

这是美日先进吸附/分离科学与技术研讨会/研讨会的差旅经费。研讨会于1991年5月13日至15日在中国（人民共和国）浙江杭州举行。马（美国）、吴（中国）和铃木（日本）。第一次研讨会于1988年9月在同一地点举行。目标是促进三国科学家和工程师之间的研究、研究互动和信息交流。吸附/分离技术在气体（空气、水、污染物等）、重金属、液体污染物和生化（蛋白质、氨基酸等）分离中非常重要。该资助包括美国学术参与者的部分旅行支持。美国工业研究人员也参加并从中受益。

This is a travel grant for a USA-China-Japan Symposium/Workshop on Advanced Adsorption/Separation Science and Technology. This workshop takes place in May 13-15, 1991, in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China (People's Republic) and is organized by Profs. Ma (U.S.), Wu (China), and Suzuki (Japan). The workshop follows the first one, held in Sept. 1988 in the same place. The goal is to stimulate research, research interaction, and information exchange among scientists and engineers of the three nations. Adsorption/separation technology is very important in gas separation (air, water, pollutants, etc.) heavy metals, liquid pollutants, and biochemical (proteins, aminoaicds, etc.) The grant covers partial travel support for U.S. academic participants U.S. industrial researchers also participate and benefit from this workshop.
