Travel Support to International Networking Conferences

This award provides partial support for U. S. networking specialists to attend five international networking meetings to be held in foreign countries in 1991: RARE-EARN May 13-16 Blois, France CCIRN May 21-22 Paris, France INET June 17,20 Copenhagen, Denmark Computer Networks 1991 Warsaw, Poland PACCOM These meetings are important to the national research and educational network effort, and U. S. representation is appropriate. The PI will use FARNET, the organization of U. S. academic and research network operators and providers, to publicize the availability of assistance to prospective conference attendees, and to select the persons to receive assistance. Only partial subsidies to approximately 34 attendees are planned.
