The Morgan State University coalition will continue to develop the initiate and relationships initiated during their existing prototype award to provide a comprehensive plan for a regional center in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Cooperating institutions and organizations, in addition to the university, include: Coppin State College, Towson State University, Prince George's Community College, the Baltimore Public Schools, the Maryland Science Center, MESA and the Martin Marietta Corporation.
