主要研究方向为：1)半导体量子阱结构中“受限”声子动力学的数值研究和低温电测量。2)体外源半导体（p-Ge和n-GaAs）中孤立空间电荷波的动力学和模式形成特性的实验和理论研究。3)利用激光和图像处理技术对不规则光纤中的量子混沌效应进行实验研究。

The research plans center on the following projects: 1) Numerical studies and low-temperature electrical measurements of "confined" phonon dynamics in semiconductor quantum-well structures. 2) Experimental and theoretical work on the dynamical and pattern- forming properties of solitary space-charge waves in bulk extrinsic semiconductors (p-Ge and n-GaAs). 3) Experimental studies of quantum-chaos effects in irregular optical fibers using laser and image-processing techniques.
