9318572 Walters All Industry/University Cooperative Research Centers have an evaluator associated with the Center that studies the university/industry interaction occurring. The results of this study are submitted yearly to become a part of the Industry/University Cooperative Research Centers Program data base maintained at North Carolina State University. This project funds a study for Rutgers University's Industry/University Cooperative Research Center for Ceramics. The Principal Investigator is a internationally recognized expert and has considerable experience for the proposed study. The Program Manager recommends Dr. George Walters be awarded $24,000 for 36 months.
