93-53807 Engstom 1993 National EPSCoR Conference This proposal requests funding for the 1993 National EPSCoR Conference. The conference will be held in Rapid City on November 7-9, 1993. The conference will involve speakers, posters, and discussion on a variety of topics focusing on the theme, "EPSCoR - Reaching Out to Each Other and the Nation." Special travel grants will be awarded to up to five individuals from each state who represent the future leadership of EPSCoR in that state. A conference proceedings will be prepared afterwards for distribution to the participants.
