9527991 Elias This Americas Program award will support travel to Peru and related expenses of Dr. Luis R. Elias, Director of the Center for Research and Education in Optics and Laser (CREOL), at the University of Central Florida (UCF). His collaborator in this project is Dr. Manfred Horn, of Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria, Lima (UNI). The purpose of the visit is to establish collaborative research and educational programs in lasers and optics between UCF and UNI.
