9531631 Farrington This award is to support a REU SITE a the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. The focus of this site will be in two interdisciplinary areas: Global Environmental Quality and the Oceans; and Estuarine, Coastal and Exclusive Economic Zone Environmental Quality and Fisheries. A parallel program will bring four high school science teachers from the Southeastern Massachusetts Region to the Institution for a summer of research to improve their knowledge of ongoing ocean research.
