9982209.PruittThis award is to fund the Fifteenth Annual National EPSCoR Conference at Perdido Beach, Orange Beach, Alabama, October 31 to November 3, 1999. The theme is "EPSCoR: Past, Present, and Future." The conference will provide an opportunity for representatives from the 18 EPSCoR states and Puerto Rico to get updates on federal programs, to hear invited speakers, and to exchange ideas. It will be attended by approximately 300 persons, including program representatives from the 19 EPSCoR jurisdictions, EPSCoR administrators from federal agencies, including the National Science Foundation, members of state legislatures, invited speakers and participants, and faculty, staff, and students from the EPSCoR jurisdictions.
