Investigation of bone defects and microcirculation with volume computed tomography and dy-namic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging ((13) B08)

临床研究：延续第二期开始的队列研究，纳入更多阴燃型多发性骨髓瘤患者，在发生明显骨破坏前检测骨髓病变。高分辨率和功能性MRI以及正电子发射断层扫描用于新发现的骨髓病变和成像引导下的非溶骨病变活检。临床前研究：采用大鼠和小鼠模型，采用标准和BCMA示踪剂（SP B13），采用超高频小动物MRI和micro-CT以及PET对灌注、扩散和精细骨结构（SP T1、T2和B1）进行体内分析。

Clinical studies: Continuation of the cohort study initiated in the second period and inclusion of additional patients with smoldering multiple myeloma for the detection of bone marrow lesions before occurrence of frank bone destructions. High-resolution and functional MRI as well as positron emission tomography for new-detected bone marrow lesions and imaging-guided biopsy of non-osteolytic lesions. Preclinical studies: In vivo analysis of perfusion, diffusion and fine bone structure (SP T1, T2 and B1) using ultra-HF-small animal MRI and micro-CT as well as PET by using standard and BCMA tracers (SP B13) employing a rat and mouse model.
